MOST HELPFUL REVIEW

Saw Dr. Wismer for the first time today. She was amazing. Empathetic. Gentle. Very professional. Tbh. Everyone at the practice is amazing - Dr. Tomizawa and Dr. Trotter. I’ve seen all three now, and highly recommend!

This is such a great dental practice! Everyone who works here is so happy, helpful, and kind- from the front desk to the dentists and hygienists. For a second, when I thought my dental insurance had lapsed, they worked with me discount some procedures in the interim so that it could be affordable for me. I am so grateful for their patience and kindness as it makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience for all!

I had my first visit at Heights Dentistry today. Arrived a tad nervous- not knowing what to expect. From the start - just walking through the door, each staff member provided a professional and courteous experience. Delighted to have found this Dental team! If you're looking to switch dentists, as I was, this is your team!

Great! The dentist I've seen all my life (she and father before her) has just retired. I chose a dentist in the neighborhood at random to take care of my lost filling, went today and had a great experience. The thing needed a crown and they were able to make one and install it on the spot. I'd expected three or four visits but it all was done today. And the atmosphere, people in the office were great. There wasn't that desolate "you're not human" feeling that comes through some medical practices in the city. This was a family atmosphere. I enjoyed being there. Dr. Trotter is excellent, skilled, experienced and caring, really considerate of patients. Many thanks to him. Dental hygienist was meticulous and thorough, both kind and professional, as was the rest of the staff. My hat's off to them all! What else? Wait time was zero. I was actually welcomed into the office five minutes before my appointment time. Prices are reasonable and then some. I'd expected a higher charge for a crown. And I still can hardly believe the work was done in a single visit. What a savings of time! The 12th floor office, by the way, is bright with natural light from the windows overlooking the Brooklyn streets. It couldn't be more pleasant. I'd been wondering for years what I would do when my dentist finally retired. It felt a little like leaving a relationship you thought you couldn't live without and finding you can, landing on your feet. Yes, Dentistry at the Heights is great. The people there make it so. -- 6 months later I went back and had an equally good experience. It's a great dental practice. My teeth look and feel great and, amazingly enough, I actually look forward to my next visit.
