Dr. Brent MacDonald
Graduating from the University of Manitoba in 1992, Dr. Brent MacDonald set up his first practice in Brandon, Manitoba. In March of 2003, Dr. MacDonald moved to Calgary and established a successful family dental practice in Marlborough Park. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Dr. MacDonald moved to Calgary to experience the majestic mountains and active outdoor lifestyle. He proudly calls Calgary home and attributes that to the many wonderful relationships he has formed with his long term patients. Dr. MacDonald has a passion for sharing his knowledge of dentistry with his patients. He believes that a patient should always understand all aspects of their dental health and have the information needed to make educated decisions about their treatment options. Dr. MacDonald is a proud member of the Canadian Dental Association (CDA) and Alberta Dental Association & College (ADA&C) and the Calgary District Dental Society (CDDS). Dr. MacDonald has completed extensive training in placing dental implants and associated surgical procedures. He is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. MacDonald trained under Dr. Tassos Irinakis and Dr. Ron Zokol in Vancouver, B.C and Dr. Scott Peterson in Kingston, ON. Dr. MacDonald is a very good listener. I am extremely nervous at the dentist for many reasons, but he put my anxiety at ease as soon as I met him. He is very friendly, kind and understanding and takes the time to explain everything that needs to do. He really knows how to make you comfortable in his chair. The staff is phenomenal from the moment you walk in the front door. You were greeted with smiles. I felt welcomed and very comfortable. The dental assistants are fantastic as well. Had my teeth cleaned and it was a fantastic job. No pain, no anxiety. Good conversation. I highly recommend Dr. MacDonald and his staff for your dental needs.

A long time ago I walked into a dentist office full of anxiety because of past experiences. Every quadrant of my mouth hurt from tooth pain so there was no choice. Years later my smile is huge because a) my teeth look awesome and b) because nothing hurts. Dr McDonald has restored my faith in dentistry, his staff is phenomenal and I would recommend his services to everyone who would listen.
