I did 3 hours researching dentists in my network, checking reviews on Yelp and Google. Based on overall reviews, I selected Montes & Romero. I just had my first visit with Dr. Romero. The front desk lady was so helpful on the phone. Then, i entered the office, which is very clean & nicely decorated. Again, the front desk lady (ive forgotten her name) greeted me warmly. By the time i completed filling out the paperwork, i was called back so hardly any wait time. The dentist assistant, (Ana ?) was very efficient and friendly while taking the xrays. And then Dr Romero came in. She was very warm and kind, all the while working on my teeth. I was very at ease and relaxed. She carefully explained what needed to be done now, and what I can wait on. Dr. Montes is a Great Dentistry and tutor. I am currently in my 5th year of Dentistry here in Ecuador and I had the opportunity to work and learn from Dr. Montes and Dr. Teresa this summer. I learned a lot of incredible things in their clinic because they do the best dental work for their patients, the staff is super welcoming and friendly and most importantly they all made me feel like family. Dr. Montes is the best dentist I have ever seen! Not only has he taken care of me but I sent my dad there and my mom and when my mom had Cancer and couldn't come in Dr. Montes went above and beyond to make house calls and arrange friends to help take care of her dental health AND even came to my wedding! He is a joy and EVERY SINGLE WOMAN I have talked to in that office is a damn dream. I wish I worked there.

Last year, I visited the office of Drs.. M ontes and Romero in extreme pain. My condition turned out to be a neurological, oral pain issue, not a dental issue. But Drs. Montes and Romero did NOT stop until they made sure they uncovered every angle to eliminate possibilities and then, referred me to a doctor that could help me. Since the pain was so bad, I couldn't talk; their staff stepped in and also went above and beyond to schedule appointments and answer the questions from the other specialists to which the Drs. referred me.. A year later, I am pretty much pain free, thanks to the diligence of Drs. Montes and Romero and their staff. Will be forever grateful.

This guy and his staff are amazing! I wish I had more problems with my teeth just so I can hang out with them and listen to music and stare a cool pictures on the ceiling while they're working on my grill!
