We are a modern family practice beside Metrotown that has been serving Burnaby for over 20 years. We treat our patients like our families. We only see one patient at a time and will not double book or overlap our patients in our schedule. We also understand that not all patients want the same thing. We will understand your concerns and work with you to achieve what is important for you.

As someone who is auxiliary and often has no dental coverage, Gentle Dental in Burnaby has been really accommodating and transparent with their estimates. They have a respectful and positive staff. They also ask you frequently if you are experiencing discomfort.

Love the new scanning machine for doing my bite gaurd. I have been going here for years now, and it just seems to be getting better and better every year. Nice close to home, and highly recommend.

Started going here due to being my husbands dentist, and was close to home. Have even send our neice her for her teeth. Very happy with their services, and would recommend to others.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The two receptionists are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend to everyone!

I normally go here for my teeth workup/check ups and everyone is super friendly! I recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Lam and he was super patient, kind, and gentle. I'm not a huge fan of the freezing but he tried to make it painless as possible. The recovery process was good and he prescribed medication. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Lam for wisdom extractions!!

This is the Dental dream team! My wife and I recently joined this practice and everyone is friendly and makes you feel at ease. They do a thorough job and will make sure you are taken care of. Much recommended!
