Was here for my daughter's first dentist appointment, and Dr. Rita was amazing! She had my daughter sit on my lap the whole time, explained clearly in kid-friendly language, encouraged pictures, demonstrated counting and cleaning teeth on me first (wasn't expecting this, but a great idea for a kid to see), let my daughter try out the equipment... really went above and beyond to make the first dentist visit a positive experience. I was super impressed. The building has below-ground parking off Sheridan with valet parking that was free when I got the ticket validated and mentioned we were there for the dentist. This is a small operation -- Dr. Rita handles her own appointments and paperwork. She's also extra careful due to Covid, which we appreciated, and only allows one patient (or patient + parent) in the office at a time.

I highly recommend going to Dr Rita. Her small practice allows her to really get to know her patients. You never feel rushed. I've had a few bad experiences with dentist in the past. I've been going to Dr Rita for over 10 years and couldn't imagine going to anyone else.

Dr Rita is an amazing Dentist and person. When I needed a new Dentist I went to someone with great reviews on Yelp, who told me that I needed $1,600 of work done to replace all of my old fillings. I decided to get a second opinion, and, made an appointment to see Dr Rita, who was recommended to me by a friend. She told me that I did not need ANY work done and that the fillings would only be replaced if they were giving me trouble or deteriorating. I just finished a Smile Direct treatment, recommended by Dr Rita, and have only needed cleanings and exams. I can't imagine a more caring, honest and nice Dentist!

The BEST experience I have ever had with a medical professional!!! Dr. Sabaitis is far and away the best medical professional I have ever seen. She knows how to interact with patients in a courteous and professional manner and she genuinely cares. With Dr. Sabaitis, it is not just about cleaning teeth and getting you out the door so she can see the next patient, it's about educating you and ensuring that you are prepared to better take care of your oral health when you leave her office. She supports her recommendations with valuable information that is relayed in a manner that is easy to understand. A doctor, educator, and friend who will be my only dentist as long as I'm in Chicago.

I had a great experience at my teeth cleaning today. How many other places can you go that you get the DENTIST doing your cleaning! I learned so much about my oral care while I was there. She did a thorough job and my teeth are noticeably cleaner and whiter after just one cleaning. She even educated me on what I can do additionally to make them even better. I was skeptical at first with the dentist doing all of the work, but she made me a fan! I highly recommend!

I'm terrified of pain at the dentist. This dentist used numbing cream for my dental cleaning and it was painless!

Being a provider in the healthcare system myself, I truly appreciate doctors who go above and beyond the routine tasks. I can tell you that Dr. Sabaitis is one of the best dentists ever and is one-of-a-kind! She is the one taking care of you from start to finish of the appointment.
