My first exam here was great , scheduling was very easy and the office is very clean and cozy. I had x-rays done and a cleaning and each staff member made sure I was comfortable the entire time through each process. The hygienist was very nice and personable and talked to me the whole time which made it easier not to concentrate on pain & made the time go by faster. I appreciated this as every other dentist I’ve been too never really talk to you they just do the work and that’s it. My mouth felt a million times better after the cleaning and I appreciated the time and patience the hygienist took on me. Dr. Saffarpour seems to be very knowledgeable in her practice. She gave me tips and facts about the care of my teeth throughout the whole appointment. She made sure she knew exactly what was going on in my mouth and explained the nexts steps thoroughly. I’m more than happy with my experience and plan to go back & make Dr. Saffarpour my dentist:)

Dr. Mamak is a very good Dentist, and I recommend her highly for being very thorough and passionate about her work. She took the proper precautions to evaluate my dental situation on my first visit, and took her time explaining what exactly was going on in my mouth. Her careful attention to detail goes a long way, and her holistic approach is a big plus. Do not hesitate to give her a visit. She is worth it.

I have been a patient for 5 years. I found Dr. Saffarpour while I was looking for a dentist who would remove my amalgam filling with safe methods. It is never easy to feel comfortable with a dentist especially the first time. But she has wonderful bedside manners and is very approachable. She takes the time to patiently answer all your questions, addresses concerns, provides options, tells the consequences of procedures, and never imposes the patient to do things a certain way if the patient is not comfortable with it. She always gets back to the patient the same day if she/he calls or if there need be for a follow-up for anything. My husband is a patient of Dr. Saffarpour, too. He had had too many serious recurring gum problems throughout years. He had to go under a long and difficult dental and periodontal treatments, but problem is solved and we are genuinely grateful. I also love and appreciate the doctor for her approach in the idea of body's wholeness and hence her being a holistic dentist -as much as possible. Her main purpose is always employing a preventive dentistry. A health facility experience is never complete without the office and the staff. This office is run in a conscientious manner; Jessica, the office manager, always calls you back if you leave a message or ask a question to be conveyed to the Dr., makes sure your message is delivered to Dr. Saffarpour, and she knows her job with insurance and payment issues. Karla, Dr.'s assistant is always friendly, knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable during any procedure. The dental hygienists she works with are absolute gems. They have very light hand, you never understand how time passes when you go for the dental cleaning; you not only get the cleaning but also great conversation on how to take care of your teeth as well. There is almost no staff turnover so that is part of the reason that the overall quality of service one receives here is standart and the general feel is like family. I thank them all for a great dentist's experience. I am so grateful to be living close to her office.

Dr. Saffapour and staff always have the patients needs and comfort as a priority.I have been her patient for many years. As an older person, I often have issues with my teeth that requires an expert, which Dr. Saffapour is. She never overbooks (unless it is an emergency) so she takes her time-never rushes. I really like her assistants (Jessica and Karla), along with the dental hygenists. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Saffapour for all your dental needs.

My favorite dentist ever! Her staff is also knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Saffarpour always explains everything thoroughly. I've had a lot of work done in her care and I've been extremely happy with the outcome. Plus she doesn't use toxic mercury filling and removes them taking all the necessary precautions.

Dr. Saffapour is incredibly kind & gentle. I have a lot of trauma/anxiety & scarring from previous doctors. She & her staff are compassionate & considerate. Her front desk staff is also super helpful with navigating the maze of insurance madness.
