For over 30 years, Sedation Dentistry of San Jose has helped families obtain healthy and beautiful smiles. Tom H. Clark, DDS, and our dental team offer a comfortable and gentle experience, delivering the quality care you need in a safe and friendly environment.
As a comprehensive dental care provider, Dr. Clark is skilled in general, cosmetic, and restorative services, addressing your concerns and protecting your smile. If you are looking for expert oral health care for yourself or a loved one, visit or call our family practice off of Blossom Hill Road.
At our practice, every patient is given the time they need to feel at ease. After each examination, Dr. Clark explains his findings and potential areas for treatment. All discovered dental issues are approached proactively and treated conservatively. This approach protects patients from long-term harm and preserves existing tooth structure. When creating treatment plans, Dr. Clark tailors them to individual patients, making sure their unique smile is properly cared for.

Dr. Tom H. Clark
Dr. Clark has practiced in the same location in South San Jose since 1981. He graduated from dental school at the University of California at San Francisco, where he was 3rd in his class of 85 graduates. Since then, he has taken numerous continuing education classes on updated techniques and materials and has strived to make dental treatment ever more relaxing for his patients. Dr. Clark’s objective is to professionally deliver treatment with the best techniques and material’s in a caring, comfortable friendly atmosphere. Dr. Clark is a family man with a wonderful wife, Sue, and beautiful daughter, Natalie. Dr. Clark remains active with numerous outdoor activities.

I have been going to this place since I was 22 and 40 years later I’m still going I love the staff they know my children , grandchildren and my husband which I didn’t have when I started. Very courteous and accommodating when it comes to Specific Needs , that I have when I go. They are awesome they will not disappoint..

I personally hate the dentist, and I have probably been to well over 10 different dentists. Sedation dentistry is the best place I have ever been to. They are so quick and organized with a clean and nice environment. I love the text reminders and open communication from the office staff. And I love how patient and understanding Dr. Clark is along with his dental team.

I love this dentist office! Everyone is so cheerful and friendly once I walk trough the door! Dr. Thomas Clark and all of his assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful with anything and everything related to their profession. I highly recommend this dentist/orthodontist office to anyone seeking a great experience with quality service.

I have been going to Dr. Clark and receiving superb dental care for more than 10 years. Dr. Clark is professional and sensitive to patient's needs. His team works together like a family, and provides excellent services from routine cleaning to complex dental procedures. The friendliness of every staff put me at ease at every visit. The office is clean and well maintained, too.
