From it’s early days as a shipbuilding and agricultural centre to it’s current status as a modern and diverse city, Sixteen Mile Creek has been a silent witness to Oakville’s incredible growth and success.
Previously known to the Mississauga Indians as Niizhozaagiwan, Sixteen Mile Creek runs from the Niagara Escarpment to Oakville where it flows into Lake Ontario between Lakeside and Tannery Park.
Sixteen Mile Dental is proud to name ourselves after the short but important source of fresh water that was the lifeblood of early Oakville and a catalyst for settlement and progress.

I visited 16 Mile Dental to get a second opinion on my wisdom tooth extraction. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Sama is very straight forward and honest, very gentle. I really appreciate Dr. Sama’s advice and strongly consider heading back. I would recommend this dental office to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone really puts you at ease.

Dr. Salim and her team are the kindest, most gentle people in the world!! Highly recommend their care and services to anyone looking for an outstanding dental practice! They took such great care of me and my addressed all of my dental concerns. They ensure that your priorities are in order and only want the best for you. They do not push any extra services that aren't necessary on you which I appreciate, considering my history with other dental practices in the past. Their technology used are state of the art! Highly, highly recommend!!!!!!

We have been patients of Dr. Sama's "16 Mile Dental" office for only a short time but we are so extremely impressed with their customer service, their follow up, their attention to detail, and their readiness to serve and their patients and educating and explaining everything as they go along.

The 16 Mile Dental clinic is wonderful in all respects. During my extended experience the receptionists Huda and Debbie were very welcoming and kind on each encounter. Dr. Samaa ensured to provide me with excellent care and direction throughout my treatment. She was very professional, caring, and able to tackle all of my concerns in an efficient and detailed manner. The clinic itself is very neat and tidy and exuded a warm and caring atmosphere brought about by all the staff.

Absolutely superb! The receptionist (Debbie), the dentists and dental hygienists; they all make you feel welcome and valued from the moment you enter. The facility is wonderful. I highly recommend👍

I haven't been to a dentist in over 5 years, partly because I am incredibly anxious about needles. A piece of my molar broke off and I had to see a dentist-no more delays. Dr. Sama is so calm, and explained everything to me and how we will handle my tooth repair and other repairs that I need-one step at a time- to help me feel less anxious. I also had Monica do a cleaning and she was fantastic-even using the numbing gels (I tried all the flavours) to make sure I was pain free and she could get my teeth clean and sparkly! I am still a little anxious but am no longer afraid to get my teeth health under control. Thank-you !
