We started seeing patients on March 13th, 2012 on both our medical and dental mobile clinics. The Mobile Medical clinic provides the same family practice medical care as our main clinic patients have grown to depend on for themselves and their families. The Mobile Dental clinic provides comprehensive dental care including cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, restorative services and simple extractions. Dentures, partials and more extensive treatment will be referred to our clinic in Mankato. The Mobile Health clinics travel across southern Minnesota weekly and provide services in the following cities: Gaylord, Marshall, and Worthington. Open Door Health Center is a non-profit organization that provides affordable health care on a sliding-fee scale to uninsured and under-insured people in southern Minnesota. We provide medical, dental, medication assistance, behavioral health services, community health services, as well as comprehensive lab services. Interpreter services are available for non-English speaking patients.
