Very informative and knowledgeable! I was walked through the entire process and shown what work needed to be done, what insurance covers etc. The atmosphere was great and Dr. Patel was very kind and attentive.

Going to Pure Dental Spa - West Loop was a fantastic dental experience. Allow me to explain. They were incredibly professional from the moment I initiated contact with the group. They worked with me to have a visiting time that was appropriate with my work schedule. It actually has a spa-like experience from the moment you walk into the practice. My hygienist was very thorough, talked to me about what he was doing, taught me new ways of further improving my oral health, and absolutely practiced evidence-based dental medicine. As a healthcare provider myself, the latter was very important to me as I value other providers that can discuss best-practices, etc.

I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, which is why it’d been ~3 years since my last visit. I finally booked my first appointment with Dr. Patel which was earlier today. She and the hygienist, Danielle, we’re fantastic. Made me feel comfortable, incredibly personable, and explaining to me what they were doing throughout the check up and filling process. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Patel was very nice and the whole experience was let me relax with Hand waxes, lip balm, aromatherapy neck pillow and even tv. I’m usually really nervous and hate the dentist but this was honestly the best way to go to the dentist.
