My son made the transition from Children's Dental to Family dental. I was already very satisfied with the series, but now my son is hooked! It only took 1 visit.

I haven't been to a dentist in long time. Due to fear and that I had some bad experiences with other dentists. I researched for dentist and finally decided on Bridgeport Family Dental Center. When I called, I told the receptionist that I was in fear and that I haven't seen a dentist in a long time. She was reassuring that everything was fine and that I would be ok. She was very kind. Gave them my insurance information and was told they would verify it, and call me back. In a few hours they called. Was given an appointment right away. Went in and yes I was scared. The receptionist was kind and told me it would be ok. I seen the hygienist Jodi and she was sweet. She took x-rays and explained everything to me. Dr. Steve came in and he was so nice. I was expecting the worse and it was complete opposite. I wasn't put down or heard you need to see a dentist regularly. Yes, I am embarrassed on my teeth and was expecting the worse. Dr. Steve took his time and explained everything to me. It wasn't as bad as I expected, but I would need some work done. I made the appointments for the work. Jodi and Dr. Steve were great--didn't feel anything. Everything was explained to me.

In, out and fast - nothing more other than my teeth feeling good after a good cleaning - That is how it was the other day as I came to this dental center for the first time. The questionnaire was fairly long as I was told to I needed to check off all the "no" - and there were a lot there. X-Ray and cleaning too 30 minutes and waiting 15 more for Dr. Stevens to come by and give me a clean bill of health. I would definitely come back here.
