Every time I come to Dental Concepts I am very pleased with the level of service I received. They are under new management now and treat everyone with respect and professionalism. Their office is also conveniently located within Eastridge Mall. I will be coming back for years to come!

I went for over a decade 3x per year to a tony dentist in Los Gatos that a coworker recommended. I thought the world of him but went to a company whose insurance he didn't accept so I tried Dental Concepts. Dr B was extremely thorough on my first visit and found several neglected problems, including a cracked filling under which a large cavity had formed and a wisdom tooth with a large cavity that needed a filling. Had these teeth been left longer, I would have faced a crown and root canal. I was amazed at the quality of care at this nondescript office in a mall. It just goes to show that address doesn't determine quality for dentists. I'll be a patient there for a long time.

The check in desk clerk and supervisor, Erika and Liliana, are amazing people! By far the best customer service I've ever received at a dental office. They worked with me with my financial needs and gave me a great deal. Definitely recommend Dental Concepts in Eastridge due to their excellent service and support to their patients.
