Dr. Helen Kontogiannis, of Greek-Canadian heritage, was born and raised in Ottawa. Helen pursued undergraduate studies in science at the University of Ottawa, 1996-1999. From 1999 to 2003, she studied dentistry at McGill University in Montreal, followed by a general residency in 2003-2004. She began her dental career back in Ottawa in 2004, working in rural and city offices, gaining valuable experience in her field. In 2004, she was introduced as an associate in dental facility in Kemptville, where she grew to love the community and decided to open an office. Creekside Dental Centre was established in 2006 and has served Kemptville and the surrounding area ever since. Dr. Helen is married to an RCMP officer. Her activities outside dentistry include cooking, running and playing tennis. As a business owner in the community, she is pleased to give back to the community by donating to local and annual events, and by sponsoring individuals and community events.
